: 10 Hello, Thank you for reading this post. I am a partner at a newly opened law firm in Shropshire, England which will be dealing with a number of areas such as; Personal Injury Harassment Wrongful arrest Family law Immigration Small commercial matters Contested probate We are keen to look people who have experience in contested probate but this is not essential. The work we are likely to request you undertake is us providing you with facts of certain matters and you will conduct the appropriate research and possibly the letter of claim. We will also look to you for drafting of pleadings. Also, drafting and reviewing of contracts. We envisage that you are likely to be highly experienced in legal research and drafting of opinions/advise to the standard of what you would expect to receive from chambers. IN other words, problem analysis, finding the relevant law and presenting your findings based on your research. An example of the standard we are looking for is as per this link; http://www.legalresearcher.co.uk/StreetAdvertising-1.pdf We are not linked to this company in anyway but it does illustrate thorough research. For any company/experienced solicitor/barrister or equivalent experienced professional willing to be considered for high quality work being passed to them, will be required to undertake a small research project (unpaid) which will indicate to us as to whether you possess the skills for future work. So far, individuals who have claimed to be \'legal researchers\' have proven themselves to be anything but. We look forward to hearing from you.
